July 12th Revolution March Highlights (Part 1)
Alas, I wasn’t able to attend. I had a ride there, but scheduling problems got in the way; therefore, I chose to sit it out than cause others to be delayed from arriving on time.
So far estimates vary from 5000-6000 to as many as 14,000+. One thing’s certain, the very issues which back in the 90s would’ve seen a protest of only a few hundred now brings thousands to D.C. from all over the country despite the cost in gas. And I would estimate that hundreds of thousands if not millions listened to and watched it at various internet sources (like Revolution Radio and Break the Matrix) all day long. I know I was one.
Here’s a very important part of Naomi wolf’s speech at the event:
More stuff to come as I receive them. And, of course, the Revolution continues.
Try as they might, THEY CAN’T STOP THE SIGNAL!!!!!WOOT!!!!
